To enable us to give you the best possible welcome do let us know before hand the approximate time of your arrival.

No pets. Smoking is not allowed.

In case of delay about the estimated time of arrival all Guests are requested to contact us by phone or by e-mail to comunicate the new arrival time since the B&B is not open 24h.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Payment must be made in cash upon arrival (except for long periods). We do not accept credit cards.
The keys of the house will be handed to customers in order to give them maximum freedom. This will require a compensation of € 10,00 for lost keys and € 50,00 for damage to the lock.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to arrival.
